Louise realised that a lot of time and energy goes into the presentation of an acclaim or award to a chart busting artist or band.  Then year‘s down the line passes normally through the hands of dealers a Grammy from a Beatle or Elvis.  Is this ironic or what?   I had as a gift given to me, a PJ Proby Award for his performance in the production of Elvis at the Astoria in Finland dated November 1977.  It made me very sad to think that this belonged to him rightfully, that this Award was somehow left by the way side and found itself to me eventually after year’s of being in Limbo. 

When I was filming ‘Rock to Riches’ I told Mike Read about the award and explained how I would like to give it back to James Proby, how I felt as though he would be delighted to be  reunited with his old Award and given Acclaim all these year’s later.  After al, this Award was awarded to him and is part of his identity.  Mike knew PJ Proby and told him about the Award that I was given, that I wanted to present it to him again after all these years, he was absolutely delighted and thrilled.

The Moral of this story is that sometimes in Life we are parted from our identities by circumstance or other’s speculating to accumulate which in some case’s can destroy the very magic of a man or a women. 

I am inviting all Major Artist’s to Exhibit their entire Collections of awards and personal instrumental Collections in full so the outside world can enjoy from the Platform of the Number One in the World of Fair Trading, Mitrix Music & www.cooperowen.com

After all what’s the point of receiving these acclaims if they mean nothing to the artist?

Artists who exhibit will also ensure the safety and accuracy in full entirety of his/her Collections.  This will eliminate the forgers and copycats that speculate to accumulate at the expense of the Artist’ and their family’s.
